These terms cover buying from onlybikerstuff.in. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

• Every item is printed to order by our print partner in India.
• Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed item, depending on your display.
• Sizes are listed on each product page. Please check them before ordering.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• Shipping is added at checkout, as described on our shipping page.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• All orders are prepaid. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Your order

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order after you've paid (for example, a product becomes unavailable), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Club and custom orders

When you send us your own artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to print it. We may decline artwork that uses other brands' names or logos, or that we think is offensive.

Our designs

The designs on this site are original work by Only Biker Stuff. Please don't copy or resell them.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
