This page explains what we collect when you shop with us, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

Your order details: name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, and what you bought.
Your cart: stored in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information.

Why we collect it

To print, ship and deliver your order.
To email you your order confirmation and shipping updates.
To answer you when you contact us.
To keep the records that tax law requires.

Who we share it with

Cashfree Payments, which processes your payment. Your card and bank details go straight to them; we never see them.
Printrove, our print partner, and its courier partners, who need your name, number and address to print and deliver your order.
Google, which hosts our email. Our fonts also load from Google, which can see your device's IP address when they do.

We share only what each of them needs to do their part.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Indian tax law requires. We don't keep anything else about you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we're not required to keep. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. Questions or complaints about how we handle your data go to the same address.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page.
