Shipping

Every piece is printed after you order it, then shipped to you by courier.

How long it takes

• Printing: your order is printed, checked and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Saturday.
• Delivery: depends on your pincode. Checkout shows an estimate once you enter it.
• Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from the order link in your confirmation email.

Charges

Shipping is ₹99 per order, and free on orders of ₹999 or more. The exact amount is shown before you pay.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India that our courier partners reach. If they don't serve your pincode, checkout tells you before you pay. We don't ship outside India yet.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We don't offer cash on delivery.

If a parcel can't be delivered

Parcels come back to us when the address is incomplete, the phone number is unreachable, or delivery is refused. Please check your address and number at checkout. If your parcel comes back, we'll contact you and can send it again once you pay the shipping charge a second time. Parcels unclaimed after 25 days can no longer be reshipped or refunded.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of its estimated delivery date, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll trace it.
